Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered. Once your order has been placed you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time scales.
Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must inform us of this on the day and upon investigation, you will be given an exchange or credit providing you have photographic proof of damaged goods. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Products purchased through Third-Party Sales Channels are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that Third-Party Sales Channel and any returns must be handled through such Third-Party Sales Channel. We comply with the applicable laws and regulations with respect to returns, exchanges and refunds in your jurisdiction. The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

You are welcome to return your item(s) for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs and will need to pay for the shipping of the alternative item.

Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.
